Vi söker nu en kundservicemedarbetare som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet på den svenska marknaden. Som kundservicemedarbetare kommer du att ansvara för våra svenska kunders beställningar och kommunicera med dem via telefon och e-mail. Ditt jobb är att bygga goda relationer med våra kunder och hjälpa dem att tryggt och enkelt lägga sina beställningar. Tjänsten innebär även daglig kontakt med våra leverantörer runt om i Europa. Yrkesrollen innebär eget ansvar och problemlösning. Visst grafiskt arbete ingår även i tjänsten. Då du är ansiktet utåt gentemot våra kunder är det viktigt att du är serviceinriktad och engagerad. Du har ett säljande sätt och förmåga att styra kunden mot rätt alternativ. Hög kvalitet är något som värderas starkt då vår målsättning är att alltid ge kunden den bästa servicen. Vidare behöver du även ha god datorvana och gilla att prata i telefon. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av försäljning eller kundservicearbete. Du ska gilla att jobba mot uppsatta mål. As Account Manager - Italy you will operate the commercial side of Axon Profil. That means that you are responsible for your own customer’s accounts on our Italian market. You will also be responsible for developing the co-operation with existing customers by offering the very best service with the incentive to build great relationships.
