Accountant & HR Administrator
Main responsibilities: You will be globally responsible for the company’s accounts payable ledger, assist with accounting entries in the general ledger and monitor accounts receivable Monitor and account for different types of costs on day to day basis, e.g. shipping, assembly, R&D, travel expenses etc. Support monitoring of inventory accruals, by linkage of purchase orders, physical delivery and supplier/customer invoices Expedite payrolls, commissions, travel reports, tax reports and account for receipts Be HR responsible, meaning taking care of all new employees making sure they get all systems in place and registered in Hogia, and also taking care of the process when employees are leaving. This applies to employees in Sweden, Mexico, USA and Germany. Be responsible for the FlexQube Academy, which is a training program for all new employees and the responsibility is to plan and execute the academy for all new employees. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting, by reconciliation of key accounts and exporting data from the ERP system into Excel Coordinate a proactive and customer oriented document handling for customer and vendor registrations As we continue to grow we will add more staff to our organization, but the Accountant and HR Administrator must also be able to take care of the following tasks from time to time: Be the “go-to” person for office administrative related questions and tasks, e.g. managing office supplies, assist with phone exchange, track limits on corporate credit cards etc. To our innovative and fast-growing company, we are looking for a person with a very strong drive and a commitment to always develop our business. The role of the Accountant and HR Administrator is to support the CFO as well as the CEO in decision making processes to reach financial objectives by accelerating the company’s current administrative performance, by efficiently processing and synthesizing information. The Accountant and HR Administrator reports primarily to the Economy Manager but also works closely in relation with the Operations Manager, as well as the Global Sales Team. Since this position belongs to the Accounting and Business department most of the work will be carried out based on the ongoing financial calendar with recurring fiscal deadlines, but also overlaid with specific customer projects and financial objectives initiatives. Desired skills and experience: University degree or similar academic achievement in relevant field, e.g. Economics, Business, Administration, Human Resources Familiar with Swedish accounting legislation and norms, such as ÅRL and K2/K3, knowledge about IAS/IFRS is beneficial as well Strong IT skills, knowledge about ERP systems, MS Office applications and advanced Excel Fluent in English and Swedish. Any additional language is beneficial, especially German Experience from previous job within administration/accounting/human resources is beneficial As a person you have a strong drive and can operate in a changing environment to find your own solutions when needed As mentioned above, we appreciate experience from accounting and HR but value even more the right personality and mindset We enable transformation in a world of constant change.
