They are looking to strengthen their teams with several candidates, and we are therefore recruiting for many different business areas. This position in particular is for the area Services & Original parts, where the candidate needs to have a demonstrated history of working as a service or maintenance technician. DeLaval is a world-renowned company, and global leader within the dairy industry. Here you get to work with integrated robotic solutions in order to improve animal health, production, as well as a higher quality of life for dairy farmers. DeLavalâs customers depend on the products functioning continuously. That is why quick response, high quality service and original parts are considered key areas. This business area has a global profit and loss responsibility for services and original parts. Your work will therefore include to plan and implement strategies, pricing and assortment life cycle management for original parts as well as for the service products. In this role you will be part of the product specialist team, who's purpose is to make sure the customers products are at a high quality level and are running all year around. As a Product Specialist your mission is to optimize DeLavals market position and financial return across the product life cycle. The company operate globally and the position is located in Tumba and has periodic requirements for working flexible hours and for domestic and international travel. You will work closely with several international partners internally as well as externally. ARBETSUPPGIFTER As a Product Specialist, you will have a key role in the product management team within business area Service Management & Original Parts. Your overall responsibility will be to optimize financial return across the product life cycle. In this role you will support the sales organization and work closely with production sites, sourcing departments, distribution centers and several units globally. For instance, you will: * Make sure the products are functioning as they should * Actively participate in the business by working with life cycle management, pricing, reducing costs and improving inventory turnover * Work with technical documentation (updates and quality work) and sales argumentation * Secure availability of original parts within the supply chain VI SÖKER DIG SOM We are looking for you who have basic technical knowledge within both hardware and software as well as experience from previous roles such as service technician. Requirements for the position: * Relevant technical education * Work experience within installation of new manufacturing equipment, routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery, as well as an understanding of minimizing unexpected issues with equipment * Good knowledge of Excel * Full professional proficiency in English It will be considered an additional qualification if you have experience in project management, working with ERP-systems and dairy farming.
