Lead a team of system engineers on architect level plus a number of specialists within reliability and safety, in total about 15 people. YOUR ROLE The Project Quality Assurance (PQA) Manager represents the independent quality organization in the Project Core Team. In this role, the PQA drives the Quality Planning and assures that all processes meet customer requirements. They will also assure the delivery of all Quality deliverables. They will alert and if necessary block any non-conforming products or documents from being released and will manage the quality function records required for the project. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Review customer specifications and define quality requirements (incl. compliance to law, standards...) for project execution. Create PQMP (Project Quality Management Plan) including the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) specific requirements. Define and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan Produce/support sub-plans when required, such as Software Quality Plan, Audit Plan, Inspection and Test Plan Manage activities related to the Product Configuration / Certification / Homologation supported by other functions. Quality gates will define the Q deliverables in detail. PQA is in charge of ensuring timely delivery of the Quality related deliverables. Therefore, the PQA rep will lead and govern of the various Q-roles (SQA, DQA, CM and QC). PQA is the Q representative in the Project core team (interface to all Q roles vs. all project core team functions). Manage the non conforming products and quality related customer complaints, including issuing corrective action request/ preventative action recommendations; managing/tracking of corrective action requests. PQA will ensure the First Article Inspection by the customer â internal or external, as well as coordinates the proper open items management. The PQA has the responsibility to reject or block any non-conforming deliverables, which could result in safety or quality related problems. Manage the Quality Function Records related to a project/contract (ex. Reports, quality records required by safety case, test reports, FAI reports, product history book,). Underhållsplaneraren sorterar organisatorisk under Platschef och rapporterar direkt till denne. YOUR ROLE â¢ Säkerställa att det finns, och löpande uppdateras, en underhållsplan för depån. Underhållsplanen ska omfatta vid vilka tidpunkter som respektive underhållsåtgärd ska utföras på de fordon som omfattas av depåns ansvar samt vilka resurser som ska knytas till de underhållsåtgärder som ska utföras. Underhålsplanen ska vara kortsiktig och långsiktig, och den ska utgöra basen för depå-, resurs- och materialplanering på kort sikt, på detaljnivå kommande 4 veckorna, och på lång sikt, upp till 18 månader med övergripande planering; â¢ Löpande samverka och kommunicera med kundens trafikledning kring fordonsplanering och underhållsplanering. I relationen med kunden verka för att kundens fordonsplanering medför en så optimal underhållsplanering som möjligt. Informera på daglig basis i den egna verksamheten kring uppdateringar i Underhållsplanen; â¢ Förbereda arbetspaket för arbetslagen. För respektive skift ska Underhållsplaneraren sätta samman de underhållsåtgärder som måste göras i ett skift utifrån underhållsbehovet enligt fordonen underhållsplan, särskilt baserat vad som är säkerhetsklassade underhållsåtgärder och i övrigt vad som är mest kostnadseffektivt för Bombardier. Detta görs genom att paketera arbetsordrar som ska utföras; â¢ Underhållsplaneraren ska dagligen sammanställa de nyckeltal som beskriver underhållet på lämpligt sätt. â¢ Håller sig löpande uppdaterad kring gällande kundkrav, interna mål, underhållsinstruktioner, regler, rutiner, lagstiftning, etc, vilket ska beaktas i skapande av underhållsplanen. YOUR ROLE The Customer Support PM is responsible for introduction of products and handling of warranty related activities during warranty phase of the project. The Customer Support PM is responsible for warranty budget and that the equipment is performing according to set targets. Representing the CS function within the Project Core Team from the start of the project, and are the interface with end customers and sub suppliers to Bombardier during warranty phase. Your Responsibilities - Leads the Project Core Team in all applicable Product Introduction Processes. - Ensures that sufficient and adequately skilled resources are available to perform the CS deliverables. - Ensures that CS processes are implemented, communicated, used and supported in the project. - Responsible that all CS related deliverables as described in the WBS are performed in a timely manner and delivered in accordance with contract requirements, through planning, communication and control. - Responsible to report to progress of the CS related activities to the Project Core Team and assist the Project Manager with CS matters during project reviews. - Responsible, within the context of the specific project, to ensure that delivered products receives agreed rectification through retrofit programs and similar. - Ensures that updates of product related manuals and instructions are distributed and communicated internally and to agreed parties in the customerâs organization during warranty phase. - Ensures that field experience and field-data is feed-back to the project in accordance with the CS processes during start-up, design, realization and field support phases (this includes providing support for the Design for Maintenance of Engineering). - Support a control-system for monitoring and measuring devices at the field sites. - Responsible, together with the Project Manager and the designated Customer Site Manager, to establish the strategy and mobilization plan for CS in service, including the clear definition and agreement for the use of the customerâs infrastructure; installations for major components replacements; the implementation of a rigorous incident management organization; the follow-up of the NCRâs; the Open Items List quick solutions and the AVMâs/retrofits implementation through the Management control centre; the engagement of suppliers and the related claim management; the management of the required CS staff, etc. - Implements and enforces HSE requirements on site with the support of HSE team representatives. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering/Business studies or equivalent education. - Relevant Project Management experience ideally from electrical or software. - Problem solving and solution orientated. - Fluent in English - Fluent in Swedish, French, German or Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
