Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Opportunity As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a member of our SCRUM or KANBAN teams and participate in all phases of development, from defining requirements to final product and maintenance. Your main task will be Exploratory-, Integration-, System-, Regression testing of all kinds of modules and functions on the Beijer Electronics proprietary HMI Products. The testing is done on a system level and executed either manually or automatically through the support of C# scripting or other testing tools. Experience working in a mixed manual and automated test environment is therefore essential. In addition to this your responsibilities will include: - Validate the quality of the SW deliveries from different R&D Projects - Develop new test cases, both automated and manual - Help the Support team with incoming support cases - Plan and report test status within the development projects - Work with continuous improvements of test environment and processes to achieve higher quality in a shorter time. You have at least three-five years of work experience within relevant areas. The Opportunity The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading all technical aspects of the activities necessary to take a design from concept to production and sustainment. This will include creating concepts, mechanical drawings, as well as working with ODM suppliers to negotiate form and fit. It will also include validating first articles, performing environmental testing, and providing feedback directly to suppliers or customers. In addition to the above your area of responsibility will include but not be limited to: - Design of and creating mechanical drawings for - Injection molded plastic, die cast aluminum and sheet metal parts - Cable and final product assemblies. - Fits, tolerances and stack-ups of electromechanical assemblies - Coordination and interface with procurement personnel and vendors - Verification of parts to specifications / FA inspections. - Performance testing in product design phase: includes IP testing, vibration, mechanical shock, drop/impact and thermal management - Establishing electronic foot-prints and keep-outs for PCBAs - BOM creation and verification We also expect you to keep abreast of the latest developments in engineering and applies the latest principles to product designs. The successful candidate To perform the job successfully we believe you have previously worked with testing and validating mechanical designs as well as design for molded or cast parts and 3D CAD (SolidWorks experience preferred). Financial & Business Controller Global Operations

To achieve this, we need a passionate and driven Financial & Business Controller for our Global Operations organization and this is where you come in. The Opportunity In this role you will act as the the link between the business and finance and translate activities into numbers and vice versa. You are globally responsible for all strategic financial activities within Global Operations (Supply Chain, R&D and Tech Support) and you will work closely with regional financial controllers in APAC, Americas and Europe and the management team in Global Operations. In addition to this you perform tactical/operational financial controller tasks, such as: - Analysis of monthly results and initiation of profit and balance sheet improvement activities - Forecasts (five quarter rolling) - Annual standard cost updates - Review business performance with management and establish regular reporting structure, including presentation for senior management - Lead or participate in financially related projects Systems used in various part of this analysis are the ERP system IFS, the consolidation system AARO and the data warehouse Qlik Sense. As a natural part of your job you are responsible for improving processes and systems used in your role, when needed. The position is based in Malmö and reports to SVP Global Operations. The position requires limited traveling. The successful applicant In order to succeed in this job, it is necessary that the applicant has solid knowledge in the financial controlling process, most likely you have gained that from working in an international environment with manufacturing activities for at least 5-7 years. Proven experience from supply chain and knowledge in product costing will be a must. You have experience from change processes, both from an operational perspective as well as a cultural perspective. You have a logical mindset paired with a structured way of working and a strategic perspective. Since we are a technology driven business, any role within the company requires curiosity and passion for new technology, experience within a technical business environment is an advantage. You have great communication skills and you are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish. You have proven a good business acumen knowing the drivers behind the financial numbers as well as the the ability to condense information and present the key message to colleagues or higher management. The Opportunity In this role, you are part of the proud team developing our software products, which are built using the latest .NET and Web/Cloud technologies. As a software development engineer, based in Malmö, you will be part of a Scrum team responsible for delivering high quality products. Your main tasks will be to deliver new software that meets the functionality, quality, performance and security requests from stakeholders and contribute with ideas and out-of-box thinking. Maintenance of existing software (bug fixes) is also part of the job. There is a great mix of people in the Scrum team. The successful applicant We are looking for a software developer with great skills in .NET/C# and we think you are acknowledged as a skilled C# programmer amongst your peers. The role as Software Engineer is collaborative and requires the ability to interact with different people and great communication skills. Since we work in an international environment, excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Communication in Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement. However, we require that you are eligible to live and work in Sweden. You have a natural strong drive and high level of ambitions, but still you are humble and easy to interact with as well as eager to learn.
