Consultant, Talent Planning and Organizational EffectivenessAs a key team member reporting into the Talent, Planning, and Engagement team within the Learning, Engagement and Performance team, you will be able to operate at a strategic and operational level. You will be able to own small projects and partner with others on larger initiatives and enjoy opportunities to be hands-on in a highly collaborative environment. Some of your major focus points will be talent strategies and programs and employee engagement. This will specifically include supporting the HR Transformation work as a communication lead to inform, engage and generate support for promoting greater movement of talent across boundaries as well as working to create organization wide standards around employee movement. A second component of your role, extending beyond talent strategy work, will be organizational effectiveness work. You will work as a partner to European Studios, consulting on direction and execution of solutions that drive greater effectiveness around strategy execution. As a talent planning and organizational effectiveness consultant, you will partner with groups including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Business Solutions as well partnering direct to the business. Experience and Skills: ⢠Experience working in the areas of Learning and/or Organizational Effectiveness ⢠Strong analysis and judgement capabilities ⢠Must be able to build credibility and influence at many levels of the organization ⢠Strong communication and presentation skills to operate in both small and large group meetings ⢠Strong project management skills and attention to detail ⢠Education: Graduate degree in organizational development, or learning and development, or similar strongly preferred EA is an equal opportunity employer.
