Consultant, Talent Planning and Organizational EffectivenessAs a key team member reporting into the Talent, Planning, and Engagement team within the Learning, Engagement and Performance team, you will be able to operate at a strategic and operational level. You will be able to own small projects and partner with others on larger initiatives and enjoy opportunities to be hands-on in a highly collaborative environment. Some of your major focus points will be talent strategies and programs and employee engagement.
