Titel: Global License Administrator Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: As part of the Global Services team the role is responsible for managing the licences for core workplace and infrastructure software and supporting the Global SAM in managing and maintaining the Software Asset and contract database. Work closely with the Solution architects to ensure software roadmaps are aligned to license strategy. . Assist in maintaining the SNOW inventory database and ensure all regions are reporting . Provide detailed reports from software inventory database to all regions and global functions and upon request from Global SAM . Administer global license pools where applicable . Support Global SAM in vendor discussions and compliance activities . Identify areas for improved license and cost management/avoidance . Manage and track licence requests for globally managed licences . Assist in data gathering and analysis for the Microsoft true-up process . Post and update information on the SAM community portal on E-gate . Do research on software asset management and license models in order to review/suggest cost savings and risk management possibilities Additional Responsibilities: . Project Coordinator
Electrolux IT is responsible for the IT strategy of the Electrolux Group and how this is implemented throughout an extensive range of solutions, systems and applications that are fundamental for all of the Group's operations around the world. The Project Management Office is part of the IT organization and responsible for managing the scope, schedule and cost of projects for the organization utilizing best practices and established company methodologies. The Project Coordinator role will work under direct supervision of a more senior Project Manager, a Portfolio Manager, or a Program Manager, manages a small project or phase(s) of a larger project. Duties may include responsibility for assigned aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). The Project Coordinator must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the project team. Key Responsibilities: . Act as primary contact to keep project plans and schedules updated. . Manage assigned changes to the project scope and facilitate customer acceptance. . Project Manager

Junior Project Manager

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. // RESPONSIBILITIES • Leading IT implementations of new Process & Application requirements in the Ownership Solution area • Governance, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Ownership Solution processes & applications together with the business stakeholders • Supporting Ownership Solution User Group initiatives and collaboration • Lead & coordinate implementation projects from IT as required • Managing IT project budgets and plans for the area in question • Responsibility to provide deep technical expertise within SAP CRM and the Hybris platform (Cloud for Customer, Hybris marketing, Cloud ID • Support with technical expertise in new initiatives as well as roll-out projects • Provide technical expertise to any new local requirements and analyse feasibility as well as system impact • Responsibility for creation of Functional Designs • Support in workshops, demos and meetings during whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives • Be able to understand the technical SAP set up within Ownership Solution • Responsible for training material and provide training of the Ownership solution platform to either local key users or in some cases directly to end users, to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to a Compass go-live • Take part in cross functional work when required • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes where it makes sense • Provide assistance to support organization for live countries and provide support/planning for retrofit activities • Ensure own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures • Share necessary information and knowledge, coach and support other team members in achieving team goals // REQUIRED • A minimum of five years’ experience in working with consumer journey supporting processes • Experience in roll-outs of SAP processes in multinational environment • Minimum five years of experience in the SAP CRM module • Detailed knowledge of SAP CRM configuration • Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer • Knowledge of SAP Hybris Marketing • Knowledge of SAP Cloud ID • Knowledge of SAP Hybris Commerce platform • Knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC’s), preferable also HCI • Proven project participation experience • Willingness to work in a high pressure and delivery oriented team • University degree in IT or technical studies • Good knowledge Ms Office and general IT skills • Ability to work and deliver for several projects with tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and focus on deliverable's • Availability to travel whenever required • Very good command of English We are looking for a IT Process and Application Specialist with experience in development, implementation & optimization of SAP CRM projects that create "Best In Class" experience for consumers while interfacing with IT solutions. Web Content Management Analyst
// ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reports to the Head of Marketing Solutions EMEA and works day to day within team to successfully deliver and support web portal and e-Commerce applications. • Interact and facilitate the collaboration with Electrolux employees, internal contractor and third party suppliers. • Lead the design and supervise implementation of the Electrolux brands web portals and participate in the elaboration of e-commerce solutions. • Create and implement best practices regarding solutions based on Episerver platform – configuration and custom coding. • Act as the Episerver and web portal technical and functional subject matter expert within the Electrolux Marketing community. • Design and code system enhancements per management requests. • Assists with testing of web portal and e-Commerce applications including defining test plans, expected results and assisting the business with executing tests. • Work with team members to identify potential risks in application design and delivery. • Supervise and coordinate Infrastructure Operations and Application Operations tasks in direct contact with our service supplier. • Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate their needs through the change management process and maintain an optimal climate for support and sharing. // KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or other technical field. • Advanced and proven experience of using Episerver in high-traffic environments. • 3+ years development experience using Microsoft technologies. Web technologies including ASP.NET, C# and MVC strongly preferred. • Excellent understanding of common Episerver performance problems and optimisations. Able to gather metrics and demonstrate improvements over time. • Thorough knowledge of Episerver configuration, and safely promoting configuration changes between environments. • Excellent and current knowledge of Episerver best practices. • Good relationship with the Episerver community, participation in events. • Able to confidently estimate the effort required to perform Episerver specific work, in partnership with the development team. • Ability to quickly prototype and demonstrate proposed improvements. • Ability to communicate your specialist knowledge. Perform ongoing reviews of current implementations, share feedback with the rest of the team. • Experience regularly upgrading Episerver, with zero downtime. • Basic familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. • An advocate for Test Driven Development, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration, Delivery and other general good practices. • Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical groups (able to bridge the business and breaks IT language barrier). • Enthusiasm to contribute in a team-oriented environment. • Strong analytical skills and problem solving techniques. • Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL. • Experience with Microsoft IIS or Apache Webserver administration. • Experience working in multicultural/international environments. • Language skills: English (mandatory), any other language is an advantage. • Flexible for international business travels. //ABOUT THE ROLE Web Content Management Analyst - You have a background as a developer who specialises in Episerver, but you are looking to move beyond hands-on coding and use your expertise to inform and advice on how large scale development and editorial teams can make best use of the Episerver platform.
