Experis Finance is looking for an Interim Finance and Operation manager to our client located in Malmö. This is an Interim consultant assignment with start date ASAP and until a permanent solution has been found. Responsabilities and tasks: Responsible for the accounting, financial management and control within the company and its minority and majority project companies including: * financial planning including balance sheet structure and asset optimisation * financial management in terms of cash management, forex, tax, interest management, etc * external financial reporting and cooperation with the clients finance function * financing and control of the project companies * internal financial reporting and control of its minority and majority project companies * the budgeting process and the consolidation of the project budgets * analysis and availability of relevant financial data for internal information * Overall responsibility for the IT function, including subsequent implementation of IT strategy and maintenance of the hardware and software platforms. * Administration of HR routines. (Overall responsibility for the HR function including development of HR strategy rests with CEO. * Overall responsibility for the quality assurance process. * Overall responsibility for financial risk management * Overall responsibility for office facilities.
