Flemish speaking customer service represantativeAcademic Work is looking for two customer service representatives for one of our clients. Our client has a leading position in Travel Retail and operates in the Nordic and Baltic countries, where they offer a business concept to airlines, airports and ferries. The company has 300 employees in six countries. Due to an expansion into Belgium we now seek for two co-workers to the customer service who speaks Flemish, to support the Belgian costumers. You will be working at the company?s office at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, or at the office in Tibro if it suits you better, and will be part of the company?s inside sales department. This assignment is a part of our personnel placement, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work but will work as a consultant at our costumer. For the right person it might be an opportunity to be recruited by the costumer further on. TASKS As customer service representative you will be handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from the Belgian customers. In the conversations you will help the costumers with orders, give information about the products and other questions. Later on, you might also working with additional sales. You will be working closely with the other colleague, who has the same duties, and have contact with the inside sales department which is located in Tibro. The job will start with two weeks introduction training. There are good opportunities to be responsible for more tasks and to develop in the role as customer services representative when you have worked for a while. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO - Speak and write Flemish and English fluently - Are service minded and always aim to have satisfied customers - Enjoy to work with computer and phone as working tools We appreciate if you have working experience from a service or sales job, but the most important is that you are a positive, forward-thinking person and have a willingness to learn new things.
