Vi öppnar nu vårt 19:e IKEA varuhus och det blir i Borlänge, och vi letar nu efter avdelningschef! Rätt produkt, på rätt plats, i rätt tid. Känns det som en utmaning för dig? I rollen som Avdelningschef Godsflöde är du ansvarig för ett effektivt och kostnadsmedvetet godsflöde vilket innebär att styra verksamheten och ansvara för den dagliga driften på varuhuset i Borlänge. Show us how you'd do it Roll out co-ordinator, Metod/Sektion GLIG (Global Logistical Implementation Group) Temporary assignment 1 year The main assignment as the roll out co-ordinator for the GLIG group is to secure a successful switch of our Kitchen range for METOD/SEKTION through coordination of all supply chain organisations. (Trading, DS, Retail, Regional supply team, Transport and IOS) As the roll out co-ordinator your main task is to secure the documentation and alignment of working methods and handbooks between all supply chain organisations. You will support the GLIG leader and work very close connected to all GLIG members in the implementation group. As the GLIG role out co-ordinator you will also be responsible for the coordination of GLIG / CLIG meetings. Some of your assignments are: - Support the pre-studies for the CLIG teams in NA, ASIA and RUSSIA - Secure quality in implementation plans for step 3-8 (including ASIA, NA and RUSSIA) - Gather, share and implement learning for coming roll out steps. - Support and co-ordinate all training/PR event orders between IOS and RST/DS based on request from retail. - Support Matrix functional meetings/Kick-off meetings with communication material and learning material. I din roll är du ansvarig för att utveckla, säkerställa och ge support till HRSC och de svenska IKEA-bolagen inom ditt område. Product Specialist Windchill
If this job was easy, we wouldn't be looking for you. Product Specialist Windchill at Application Operations IKEA IT, Älmhult Windchill is a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software product. Today IKEA uses the applications FlexPLM, PDMLink, ArborText and ProductView on top of the Windchill platform. As a Product Specialist for the Windchill technical platform you will be responsible and secure that the product can be used in the current and future infrastructure in accordance with the life cycle of the product. You will work together with application management and other areas within infrastructure to determine the highest level of system requirements needed and to meet the requirements within cost and technology constraints. You are responsible for and follow-up on license costs. You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge about how systems are related and ensure that dependencies are understood and managed correctly. You will also: -Develop operational models that will ensure optimal use of resources and the appropriate level of performance. -Ensure the consistent and reliable performance of the infrastructure to deliver the required level of service to the business. -Ensure that the infrastructure is configured to be effectively managed given the organizations technology architecture, available skills and tools. -Define all tasks required to manage the infrastructure and ensure that these tasks are performed appropriately. -Handle daily business, lead, support and educate co-workers assigned to the product, support projects and other activities connected to the product. As a Product Specialist for Windchill you need: -At least three years experience of working with Windchill System 9 and/or 10 versions. -Master, Bachelor or other equivalent university degree within the area of computer science. -Experience of working with Apache Web server and Tomcat Application server. -Experience of working in Linux environment. -Experience of working with Java. For this position you will need to take initiative, identify your stakeholders and consumers, lead activities, be structured and understand and follow the ITIL based processes. You need to have the ability to identify, clearly describe and propose improvements. You are a good communicator as well as a good writer and of course fluent in English both oral and written. Assistant to Sales Channel Manager Retail Services AB, Helsingborg ASSISTANT The Assistant position is a role on project basis for 12 to maximum 18 months. To succeed in this role you need to have several years of IKEA experience. As Management Assistant you will support the Sales Channel Manager and Deputy Global Retail Manager at Retail Services in Helsingborg / Sweden. Your tasks will be very hands on and operational but also complex, challenging and in need of development. The supportive role consist of tasks such as composing and researching correspondence, high quality presentation preparation, drafting meeting notes, travel and meeting arrangements, calendar management and information compilation and distribution but also act as ?right hand?.
