You will define and document the relevant product requirements as well as have a close dialogue with the purchasing organization and suppliers to secure successful implementation.  About the job As a Product Requirement Engineer your will work with the development of new products and improvements of the running range. You will work as part of the Kitchen & Dining team in the area of Front, Knobs and Handles. You will be responsible to identify and create product requirements and choose test methods for the products. About the role In this role you will be responsible for clarifying business needs on a global level, and to create the bridge between the projects and the business as well as coordinating local country needs. You will work on several projects simultaneously. Do you want to lead the work of setting the strategic and tactical stage for how we define and implement Test Management in the Delivery & Settlement solution domain? If yes, then you might be exactly the one we are looking for! The assignment As Test Manager in our team, you are responsible to set the overall architecture for Test Management in the Delivery & Settlement solution domain. This includes defining and implementing a context based Test Management process, enforced by current Test Policy and Test Standards; identifying and establishing supporting test tools, frameworks and environments; identifying and enforcing relevant test types and techniques; and setting up a suitable Test Management governance. About the Job As a Project Leader you will actively build connections with internal stakeholders whom hold specialist knowledge in materials and connections with suppliers, and you will also partner with external consultants in order to secure the right competencies for the project.  You will manage the project in a business that is under transformation, this means that tools and processes are not necessarily in place. The responsibilities in your role include: • Handle operational requests related to Information and Data Management (e.g. clarification of ownership and data sources;  investigation, analyse, coordinate) • Handle internal and external requests for search, update and deletion of data • Provide support with business and root cause analysis • Ensure the integrity of data within all sources • Ensure compliance to legal rules, IKEA policies and standards • Secure that information is available in line with the needs from all stakeholders in the value chain • Establish consistent data quality acceptance criteria and business rules for validation • Identify data quality issues by analysing the results of data profiling and monitoring • Measure the performance of data quality metrics and report on result • Support in communicating the information definition, business rules and information usage to the stakeholders • Support and educate in information governance matters and global directives
