Intervju med Martin Tägtström, CIO på Röda Korset. Du söker tre nya medarbetare till IT-enheten. Vad är bakgrunden till det? Under de senaste åren har Röda Korset gjort en stor satsning för att modernisera och effektivisera teknikplattformen samt utveckla arbetssätt och metoder. Denna stora satsning är en väldigt viktigt investering i framtida möjligheter att stärka oss som världens främsta hjälp- och katastroforganisation. Nu ligger fokus på att realisera den fulla nyttan av investeringen. Det handlar om att dels effektivisera förvaltningen av hela den tekniska lösningen och dels kommer vi att arbeta med ett antal vidareutvecklingsinitiativ. Digitaliseringen av hela vår verksamhet är en strategisk fråga och därför behöver vi stärka organisationen med ett antal individer. Ni söker tre projektledare samtidigt, hur skiljer de sig åt och hur ska de samverka? Vi söker tre IT projektledare som delvis kommer ha samma profil och delvis unika kvalifikationer. Alla tre kommer att arbeta med att driva vår digitala utveckling framåt, men med olika fokus och olika tekniker som utgångspunkt. Den första kommer att ha ansvar för digitala lösningar som bygger på vår CRM lösning (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), vårt Data warehouse och vårt kampanjhanteringsverktyg (Adobe Campaign Manager) samt uppföljning och analys (QlikView). Fokus är alla verksamhetsbehov som stärker vår insamlingsverksamhet. Den andra kommer också att arbeta med vår insamlingsenhet som fokus, men där ansvarsområdet kommer att vara alla digitala lösningar som bygger på webbteknik och digitala medier. Den här rollen kommer att ha ett samordnande ansvar för alla våra lösningar på webben, oavsett om de syftar till att stärka vår insamling eller används i andra verksamheter. Den tredje projektledaren kommer arbeta med olika IT lösningar för att tillgodose de verksamhetsbehov som rör vår nationella och internationella verksamhet. Såsom frivilligrekrytering, demokrati och medlemsinflytande, kontaktcenter, familjeåterförening, katastrof och krisberedskap, vård och behandling, digitala mötesplatser med mera. Vad har avdelningen Kommunikation och Insamling för planer under 2017 och vad kommer den här projektledaren att arbeta med? Projektledaren kommer att ha som fokus på att arbeta med allt systemstöd för att stärka insamlingsverksamheten. Under året kommer vi bland annat arbeta med att uppgradera CRM Dynamics till senaste versionen, förbättrad analys av givarbeteenden för att kunna erbjuda mer relevant och anpassad kommunikation, hantera övergången till EUs nya dataskyddsförordning, ökat stöd för företagssamarbeten, samt vidareutveckling av vår Data Warehouse lösning. De flesta system är Microsoftbaserade och du kommer driva projekt kopplade till Röda Korsets CRM-verktyg Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Detta system är det tekniska hjärtat för Röda Korsets insamlingsverksamhet pengar kommer in via Webben, SMS, Swish och Autogiro. En rad integrationer (via Biztalk) med affärssystem (Dynamics AX), en portal för frivilliga (Sharepoint), Data Warehouse, kampanjverktyg (Adobe Campaign Manager) och Qlikview ligger i scoopet för vad projektledarens ansvar. Du kommer samarbeta tätt med projektledaren för webb inom avdelningen Kommunikation och Insamling. Vilken bakgrund tänker du dig att den som söker tjänsten har? Den tekniska lösningen är modern och avancerad. Det är därför avgörande att det är en person med stark teknisk bakgrund och som tycker om att arbeta med relativt komplexa lösningar. Ju större erfarenhet av just de system och tekniker som Röda Korset använder, desto bättre. Description the assignment as IT Project Manager: WLTP IT Program support WLTP, Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure, is a standard how to measure emissions and is replacing current NEDC in Europe. Description of one of the Business Analyst roles: We are looking for a experienced Business Analysts to our customer within Connected Vehicle IT Services with Senior experience or Practitional experience 2 years and more. The assignment below is a Senior role, for you with demonstrated experience and knowledge from a Maintenance Organization. General Business Area description: Creates and evaluates alternatives to establish future state “vision” for major business reengineering initiatives Establishes roadmap for achieving future state with business and IT partners for major business reengineering initiatives Provides direction for business partner and IT teams in creating multiple, interrelated functional specifications and their translation to IT design requirements Manages large, multi-functional chartering sessions with business and IT partners Works with business partners to identify project business value and associated metrics Presents and reviews business analysis and reengineering results of supported projects/programs/initiatives to mid/senior-level IT and business partner management Manages customer relationships, including conducting joint business partner and IT Operating reviews Provides leadership and guidance (mentoring) to Business Analysts and Associate Business Analysts Special competence areas: – Maintainability Requirements – Usability Requirements – Testability –  Monitoring – Non Functional Requirements – Verification of Maintainability and Usability – Monitoring of complex IT solutions – Measurements and KPI generation – Quality Assurance, general knowledge – ITIL especially Transition and Operation, Event Management – etc. Specific Connected Vehicle competences will be a plus. The work will be carried out in close cooperation with Connected Vehicle IT Development Projects, where we participate from an early stage.   In addition to this, this position will have Service and Application Manager responsibilities for one or several services within the Connected Vehicle Service Management portfolio. Requirements Experience Required: 5+ years IT experience including Business Analyst Functional experience in supported business area preferred Process mapping experience using various tools Experience in creating functional and design specifications Recognized expert Business Analyst having performed BA role on several projects, Experience in Application Management and Service Management (ITIL) is a plus Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Formal facilitation and chartering training Specialized coursework in supported business domain areas 6-Sigma (DMAIC and DFSS) Green Belt level is a plus Experience from Cloud applications and/or Connected Car applications is a plus Specific Connected Vehicle competences will be a plus. IT Project Manager to area PO Plan & Supplier
As a Project Manager you will work at our global IT department, focusing on new initiatives and projects where you will be a key player in shaping solutions from the very beginning. You will have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act with confidence in your leadership.As a Project Manager in this role you will be running several initiatives in parallel. You will be our “go-to” person for prestudies, investigations and cross delivery projects.
