Beskrivning av tjänsten:: Business analyst, speciellt inom intern-logistik. Vi söker i nuläget en Business Analyst; Meriterande med kunskap kring/intresse för IT/systemutveckling och verksamhetsutveckling med god förmåga till nätverksbyggande. Oavsett vilken av profilerna så är du en självgående och kommunikativ person som trivs med teamarbete och är öppen för olika perspektiv när det kommer till problemlösning och dialog. Test Engineer

Position description: Are you passionate about how people experience the interior climate of our cars? The Climate Analysis & Verification department has a global responsibility for testing and analysis of interior climate. We act as a competence centre and deal with all aspects of interior climate such as heating and ventilation, the air conditioning loop and defrosting capacity. Climate comfort is tested in rigs (climate chambers and wind tunnels) and on the road at a large variety of places, for instance around Gothenburg, in the north of Sweden, in Spain and in the US. Today, we face new challenges in terms of achieving good interior climate with improved energy efficiency and we are strongly affected and involved in new types of power trains. We are around 25 people and the department is part of Climate Control Systems within Interior and Climate Engineering. Main responsibilities: You will be involved along all stages of testing and analysis. You will be part of one of the agile teams in our ART (Agile Release Train). Some responsibilities are: - Setting up measurement systems to be used - Carry out rig tests, which include FOH rig and other rigs, wind tunnel tests and climate chamber tests - Carry out road testing activities and manage or participate in expeditions, within and outside of Sweden. - Analysis of measurement data - Working in sprints in Scrum teams as a developer. - Continuous work with testing codes and procedures is part of the job. At times you may lead a team of engineers or work with improvements of measurement systems. The work is carried out in close cooperation with attribute leaders and function owners as well as system and component engineers within the other Climate departments. Qualifications Required: - Degree in engineering within mechanics, electronics, physics, mechatronics or a similar education - Experience from work with measurement systems and measurements in general - Experience from work with vehicle networks and development/diagnosis tools for vehicle software’s - Knowledge in energy conversion - Experience from road tests or rig tests - Good written and oral skills in Swedish and English - Drivers license Meritorious: - Bachelor or Master’s degree within one of the fields mentioned above - Experience from work with INCA or VMD - Experience from wind tunnel testing - Experience from work with hybrid or electric vehicles Personal profile - Ability to prioritize between different tasks and to keep deadlines - Like to work in teams - Ability to manage tasks with greatest sense of responsibility - High analytical skills - Good communication and presentation skills Other: - Wind tunnel testing will sometimes require work outside of office hours. - Travelling within Sweden and abroad is sometimes required. Seats is part of the Interior department and develops the Seats with responsibility for the complete design process from concept development to industrialization. In PSS130, Seats, we are divided in four groups; Front Seats, Rear Seats, Seat Trim & Program Execution. All together we are today about 60 persons, TVA and consultants. At Trim Covers we are responsible for delivering seat trim covers in textile and leather. We lead the development of a complete set of trim to fulfill the customer expectation of the famous designed Scandinavian look. The Manual and Electrified gearboxes The transmission and delivery unit of the complete electrical axle-units is a growing area within our responsibility. For the in-house design and manufacturing of transmissions for coming electrified vehicles we are now looking for a senior design engineer with a solid background from the design of automotive transmissions. You will be part of a small team creating new transmission concepts and be responsible for the design of components and subsystems in new projects. The CAE Durability Closures, Interior and Exterior team performs strength, fatigue and temperature load analyses for the design areas Closures, Exterior and Interior, mainly in the development phase in new car projects. In parallel with the work in car projects, method development is performed to enhance the CAE capability. The team consists of approximately 15 CAE engineers. Daily tasks and responsibilities: The tasks vary from component and system analyses to full car simulations. As a CAE engineer you are responsible for everything from gathering of necessary background information, modelling, analyses to recommendations to the design engineers. Often there is a close interaction with design engineers, attribute leaders and test engineers. CAE engineers with shorter experience might be considered if the time rate is adjusted accordingly. Position description: Analysis Engineer Performance & Drivability The section Powertrain NVH and Performance & Drivability is part of the Driving Dynamics and Noise & Vibration Centre within Product & Quality. The centre has the responsibility to ensure that all dynamic attributes like Steering, Handling, Ride, Braking, Driver Assistance, Performance, Drivability, Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) and Sound Quality are supported in the vehicle programs, in terms of both customer and legal requirements. Within the Powertrain NVH and Performance & Drivability section we have the responsibility for base engine and driveline NVH, powertrain NVH integration into vehicle and performance & drivability from a complete vehicle perspective in car programs and advanced engineering projects. PT NVH and P&D works with state-of-the-art equipment, engine and chassis dynamometers and CAE software. We have extensive communication with other internal design areas, suppliers and our development centre in Shanghai. Within the group Powertrain NVH CAE and Performance & Drivability, we have the responsibility for both Powertrain NVH and Flow acoustic CAE from a complete vehicle perspective in car programs and Advanced Engineering. We are also responsible for the attribute vehicle longitudinal performance and drivability. The group consists of 17 people, of which 5 are attribute leaders responsible for performance and drivability. The team works integrated in all project phases, contributing with analysis, targets, strategies and guidelines to improve the NVH and P&D attributes in our cars. As an attribute organization, we are responsible for current and future vehicle models. We perform competitor benchmark studies and work to break down customer expectations into technical requirements. We participate in the Annual work and give our input to the Advanced Engineering process to ensure attribute fulfillment, by ordering objective verification and support with subjective judgment when needed. We are responsible for ensuring a great customer experience of rear seat comfort, Scandinavian luxury and safety. We lead the development of a complete integrated rear seat into the vehicle balanced to project requirements. Our diverse group consists of some twenty persons with different competences and backgrounds and who, in spite of what we work with, don’t sit around. As a LEAD ENGINEER COST REDUCTION, you will be responsible for finding cost reduction opportunities in tight cooperation with the supplier base. You will report to the Unit and Project Cost Reduction Responsible. Work will be performed in a cross functional team consisting of competences represented from suppliers, product engineering, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, attribute leaders such as comfort and cost engineering among others. Main responsibilities - Lead and follow up the supplier on tasks. - Collaborate with suppliers - Secure the project delivery for a feasible product. - Balance time, technical solutions and cost - Project planning Required qualifications - Experience from either RCP or new car programs or other similar cost reduction work. - Good technical knowledge, experience in project management systems and construction planning - B.Sc. or equal experience - Seat design knowledge is preferable - Fluent in English, written and spoken Skills and required experience: To succeed as a consultant at MVV International, your personal qualities are very important. Position description: Project leader at Active Safety - Surround view cameras Active Safety is an area where Volvo, through continuous launching of new and innovative safety features, has positioned itself among the leaders of the automotive industry. Now the work continues to reach our ambitious vision that by 2020 no one should be killed or seriously injured in a new Volvo. Within the department we develop systems such as Collision Avoidance, Autonomous Drive, Driver Support and Protective Safety. To do this we use sensor systems based technologies such as Cameras, Lidars, Radar, Ultrasonic and Accelerometers. Through Sensor Fusion, these sensors are combined to create an awareness of the vehicle surroundings that can be used by various Driver Assist and Safety Functions to support the driver. I am now looking for a Project leader to my team that are responsible for surround view cameras in our cars. We have the mission to offer the best Camera that support both next generation active safety systems and HAD vehicles. We are involved in all aspects of the product development process, from early research and advanced engineering projects to industrialisation and follow up from the customer. Our Camera makes it possible to offer a number of functions for the customer such as Automatic parking, Emergency Braking, Self-driving cars and even more. As Project leader within our team you will be responsible for the in-time delivery of the technical content in one of our project, which is a result of deep discussions and collaborations with Supplier and all other involved stakeholders at Volvo Car Corporation, including Zenuity. You will be responsible to establish and develop relationships with representatives and stakeholders from many areas of the vehicle meaning you will therefore build and maintain a wide personal network within Volvo Cars. Your closest team will include SW- and HW-responsible, Function and System owner and a people from test & verification. I am looking for an open-minded, self-driven person that gets energy by delivery in time, solving problems, handling time plans and administrate.
