Marketing Coordinator/IT Administrator⢠Create, publish and manage our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Vimeo ⢠Help manage and administer the website, by ensuring it has up to date and correct information as well as create blog and news posts regularly ⢠Manage the security updates of the website ⢠Conduct broken link checks and ensure the website is running at optimal performance ⢠Have basic knowledge in SEO and helping with the updating of the website for SEO growth ⢠Updating the design and on occasion functionality of the website ⢠Also help the IT department and its suppliers to ensue everything is running at optimal performance ⢠Monitor industry news and generate overviews and reports to the sales team each week ⢠Work alongside the marketing manager to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly marketing activities ⢠Research competitors and ensure we are constantly ahead in all aspects of online marketing ⢠Helping the sales team organise incoming customer leads, and acting as an Inside Sales Assistant We are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our marketing & IT departments. This person will work closely alongside the marketing manager, IT suppliers and sales staff. The successful candidate for this role should have some experience in digital marketing and programming, however a keen mindset and an extreme eagerness to learn is most important! ⢠You have a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing or Programming. ⢠You have some experience working with marketing, website or advertising ⢠You have strong attention to detail ⢠You have experience in PhP, MySQL, HTML development. ⢠You have a willingness to learn ⢠You are a team player that can work alongside others well ⢠You are fluent in English, spoken and written ⢠You are able to adapt well to a wide range of tasks Bonus skills: ⢠Knowledge with Wordpress, Drupal, WooCommerce or Shopify ⢠Good skills in SEO, linkbuilding, keyword research & keyword optimised content creation. ⢠Knowledge with Google Analytics, Google Adwords & Google Tag Manager ⢠Experience of using the Adobe suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ⢠Working with database and IT hardware. ⢠Knowledge in different CMS systems ⢠Written and spoken fluency in German, Spanish, Dutch or French FlexQube is a company that offers a unique and patented concept that is used to design and deliver robust, modular and flexible carts and racks.
