Älskar du administration och trivs i en dynamisk, internationell miljö? Vi söker just nu en administrativ Innovation Officer som ska arbeta i ett spännande back office projekt för en av våra kunder. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag fram till årsskiftet med möjligheter till förlängning.  Om rollen I denna roll kommer du att vara en nyckelspelare i att migrera master data i en specifik produktportfölj. Du arbetar även med systemadministrationen kring lansering av nya produkter; dvs. administration kring bilder, artikelnummer, prisdata osv. Du arbetar nära försäljning-, kundtjänst-, och logistikavdelningen och målet är att leverera produkter till kunderna på ett effektivt sätt. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar bl.a.:    Ta ansvar i att initiera och färdigställa artikelinformationsbladet som skickas till Customer Service Säkerställa att alla produktlanseringar inom kategorin är godkända och har rätt information kopplat till sig innan deadline Säkerställa att alla SKU (produktidentiteter) är korrekta och kopplade till externa databaser Stötta verksamheten för att säkerställa effektiv levereras mot kund  Vem är du? Vi tror att du är en proaktiv och självgående person som trivs i att arbeta i dynamiska och snabbrörliga miljöer. You will be working closely with both HW and SW developers when developing and qualifying new products. You will also be responsible for testing and validating audio performance of SW components, HW components and complete products and systems. Close cooperation with the category management (smartphones, accessories, TV, home appliances), sales, business partners, main agencies (media, as well as creative agencies). Responsible for contact with and presentations to senior management regarding impact of our search engine marketing and platform operations have on the different business areas i.e. Brand, PR, Category Marketing, Retail Marketing. Responsibility for identifying new technology platforms to support the business. Driving the RFP processes when new technologies are identified, running annual appraisals of existing services to appraise value and optimize operation. Responsibility for identifying new digital marketing channels or evolving existing ones to improve ROI for category marketing business units i.e. Vine, SnapChat, Pinterest, Facebook custom audiences etc. Close cooperation with related business areas. Proactively educating and facilitating those functions to improve performance by leveraging existing and new digital tools and services.  Your profile Experience: Expertise working with search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO). A proven ability to setup and maintain these systems in a way that empowers the business towards success. A minimum of 5 years recent experience working within a search and/or digital marketing role, agency side. Previous operational knowledge of use of best in class digital marketing tools, platforms and channels. This includes experience with budget maintenance, knowledge of marketing campaign creation, delivery & execution, strategic marketing, social media channels & data driven campaigns. In addition to search and Adobe Media Optimizer expertise, it is meriting to have also other Adobe technology platforms experience, related to CRM, Social Media, websites, and e-commerce.  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Overall strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Din opgave bliver at hjælpe dem med tekniske spørgsmål. Supplier Migration Application Expert

MultiMind is currently looking for a SAP Application Expert with experience from supplier master data migration in SAP ECC for our client, a multinational clothing brand . Experience in SAP CRM is meriting . The role includes planning, driving and executing data migrations. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible and running until the end of January with good opportunities for extension.  About the company Our client is a large international fashion company, consisting of several individual brands with seperate concepts. Through creative designs and innovative solutions, our client continues to stay abreast with the latest trends and ensures continuous growth. About the role Tasks Be a driver for roll out projects including: Defining migration process and technique Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings with the business to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution Hold workshop to the end users â business change mgmt. Data migration/conversion planning and execution Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP Stabilization of solution Provide system analysis and provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Conversions. Have solution overview, and communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action Transfer software product knowledge to H&M persons, let them perform system related configuration etc.  The profile We are looking for a driven and flexible IT profile, who enjoys challenges; someone who is accurate, methodical and structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; a teamplayer, but also someone that has the self-motivation to drive projects forward independently. Furthermore, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders across the organisation, high social and communicative skills is desired. Competences More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC. Understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP ECC, with special focus on: Vendor master, some Customer/Business Partner object Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC Experience from migration projects Experience from large, global organizations Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills  Tools Excel modeling MySQL Qualifying: SQL Developer DQ Analyzer MS Access  Employees at MultiMind are entitled to: Employment terms according to the collective agreement in terms of salary, vacation, statutory pension contribution, sick-leave entitlements, parental leave and overtime compensation. A dedicated Staffing & Recruitment Manager that continuously monitor your career development and ensures good work conditions. They advise clients on a broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.  The role You have strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, understanding of cloud technologies and principles, with the drive to build whatâs next.In this technical pre-sales role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Cloud Partner & Sales teams to technically develop client's Cloud partner ecosystem. You will help recruit, launch and grow our partners enabling their technical teams and assisting them in their technical journey. Client's products are engineered for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware and teams are dedicated to helping customers â developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies â see the benefits of our technology come to life. Support partner pre-sales technical & sales engineering enablement across client's Cloud portfolio. Evangelize technical content with partners (including product roadmap and launches). Help build partner technical communities. Assist execution with opportunity & pipeline qualification. Assist with solution validation and technical Q&A.   Minimum qualifications Graduate degree. Fluent in English & Swedish. Exposure and understanding of cloud technologies and principles like application architecture, networking, storage, security, databases and big data. 1-2 years on-the-job experience working with IT and / or cloud-based technology solutions required.  Preferred qualifications Graduate / MsC degree in Computer Science, Networking, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics degree highly desired. Software development or Internet technology previous experience preferred. Experience working in a Pre-sales technical position desired. Experience working with channel partners preferred. Programming / scripting language experience (Java, Python, C/C++/C#, Node.Js, PHP, Ruby) and / or frameworks (Spring) desired. Exposure to virtualization, containers, microservices principles and CI / CD methodologies recommended. Basic knowledge of Networking, Security, Database principles and operation required. Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Beam) desired. Experience in one of the following required: systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Node.JS, Java, Ruby, C#, Python, or PHP).  Employees at MultiMind are entitled to Employment terms according to the collective agreement in terms of salary, vacation, statutory pension contribution, sick-leave entitlements, parental leave and overtime compensation.
