I huset är vi ett gäng på 300 kollegor, och söker nu fler kollegor för tillsvidare och timanställning.     Om tjänsten I tjänsten som Service Agent möter du våra kunder via telefon. Du är ofta kundens första kontakt och spelar därmed en viktig roll i att underlätta vardagen och skapa en bra upplevelse för kunden. Du ger förstklassig service, tips och råd kring bankens tjänster, produkter och kanaler, där du hittar de lösningar som varje enskild kund har mest nytta av.   Du får kontinuerligt ta till dig nya arbetssätt, uppgifter samt lösningar och produkter, vilket innebär att du hela tiden utvecklas och håller dig uppdaterad på nyheter i banken.   Vad ska du göra?     -Tillsammans med dina kollegor ansvara för att skapa tillgänglighet, tillit och kundnöjdhet  -Arbeta aktivt med att skapa goda kundrelationer med fokus på att lösa kundens ärende direkt -På ett proaktivt sätt fokusera på att hitta servicemöjligheter i mötet med kunden   Tjänsten är placerad i Uppsala.
