About you We are looking for a Pricing Specialist who is really passionate about the behaviours of the many people and with a deep interest in the trends that influence them. In this position you have the possibility to work with a mix of strategic thinking and then ensuring this happens in reality. Who wouldnât want to be able to see the actual results of hard work? To succeed as a Pricing Specialist you need to have knowledge about the current market environment. You are also very skilled in pricing, competition, competitor monitoring and pricing methodology. You use sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions and are experienced in leading informally. If you have experience from IKEA range â Itâs definitely an advantage. Of course you are an ambassador regarding IKEA values and culture. About the job In the Selling Team you will drive extraordinary, profitable growth in all touch points, by improving the pricing performance of home furnishing products, food and the services range, while maintaining affordability for the many people To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered. Amongst others you will: ⢠Support and challenge the markets to optimise identified pricing opportunities, improve ways of working, simplify and improve efficiency. ⢠Provide & share expertise on pricing and competitor monitoring in order to support the markets and departments across IKEA in offering affordable yet profitable customer offers ⢠Support the development of the yearly Pricing direction and process in INGKA and be a part of developing new ways of commercial pricing in a multichannel environment ⢠Develop and share best practices and learning content for pricing competence development in the markets together with Market Support Learning Developers ⢠Contribute to the development of a common INGKA direction, approach, ways of working and tools for pricing, competitor monitoring, promotions and activities In this positon you are placed at our office in Malmö, Hubhult. Transfer Pricing Specialist
Atlas Copcoâs Group Tax function deals with Swedish and international tax matters, transfer pricing, restructurings and acquisitions. With subsidiaries in approximately 90 countries, the position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a broad variety of interesting and challenging tax issues in a very successful international industrial company. As the Transfer Pricing Specialist you will be a key member in the Group Tax function that has the global responsibility for all tax matters of the Atlas Copco Group. The function consists of a handful of tax professionals in Sweden plus dedicated tax professionals in most large countries. As a part of an energetic dynamic team you will have the opportunity to enjoy new challenges and learning new skills. You will report to the Group Transfer Pricing Manager, Group Tax. The Group Tax department´s mission is to proactively manage tax issues to ensure tax compliance and tax efficiency. Group Tax is also responsible for setting the transfer pricing policies for the Group as well as preparing transfer pricing documentations. Experience requirements To qualify for this position, you will need minimum 3 years post qualified transfer pricing experience, preferably from a tax advisory firm or a large multinational company. You will also need experience of setting transfer pricing policies as well as preparing transfer pricing documentations. Knowledge The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with relevant qualifications and experience working with transfer pricing on a global level. You will have or be able to acquire good knowledge of the reporting system GPS. Strong Excel skills are expected as well as report writing in Word. Personality requirements Good inter-personal and communication skills are important as you will interact with Atlas Copco entities around the world. You care about providing correct information, are resourceful, and thrive in a fast paced environment. You should also be comfortable with leading projects and work independently from others.
