You will be a part of a regional marketing team consisting of eight persons. The team support and drive sales for the Husqvarna and Klippo brands in the Nordics, Baltic states, UK, Ireland and Africa. Agile Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities - Plan and drive game development projects, track multiple concurrent projects and report to Project Management Office. - Follow thru on tangible project/sprint goals, securing a true state of the projects progress. - Identify risks and dependencies of the teams' work as well as identify opportunities for improved efficiency within the team as well as external -contributors. - Drive accountability for all projects under your management and remove barriers for your team meeting goals. - Facilitate project and sprint planning and retrospectives, identifying actions that remove waste and improves quality and efficiency. - Coach design and development organisation in agile principles for improving requirements quality and removing impediments. - Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum of Scrums to identify blockers, safeguard product and development organisation alignment and escalate help if needed. Qualifications and Experience Strong experience with project management and story management tools like JIRA & Confluence. - In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. - Ability to deliver transparency within the organization. - Exceptional spoken and written English. - Passion for making teams and individuals grow, not afraid of taking ownership. - Ability to attend meetings at external sites, such as the Malta office, if needed. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
