Furthermore, you have responsibility for the financials of the projects, for cost, revenue and margin. Results are followed closely and forecasting is a natural part of your operations. The role includes taking a lead in development of PLM Group project models related processes and working with continuous improvements. You will also manage customer relationships in ongoing project deliveries. Experience/Education You have a minimum of 5 yearsâ experience from project management in IT-implementation projects, delivering on time and budget. You have a Bachelor or Master of Science, from IT/Product Development or R&D. You will be working with cutting edge technology, developing yourself surrounded by dedicated colleagues with high expertise.Â In the role as a project manager and business developer at AltranÂ you are responsible to manage projects both existing and new business processes like initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. You are also responsible to manage and integrate the project scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk, procurement and stakeholders. There is also a Responsibility for Bid Management for customer proposal requests and coordinates company bids and to create solutions and develop strategies while complying with customer requirements in order to achieve their ultimate goal of securing winning bids. The role involvesÂ useÂ of Project Management Methods, Templates, Tools, Policies, Guidelines and ProcessesÂ andÂ maintain professional relationship with the stakeholders. Develop the assignment description (mission, deliverables, timing) and ensure that it is validated by the requestor isÂ of great importanceÂ as well asÂ plan, organize, report and follow up the assignment in accordance to the approved assignment description. Carry out the work according to agreed cost and time and ensure that the deliverables produced are achieving the agreed quality is in focus and also regularly communicate information about the assignment to the stakeholders. Regularly report the plans, results and deviations and manage and distribute the work to the staff within the scope of the assignment description is needed and clearly ensure that the project delivers in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
