Do you want to be a part of one of the world's most successful electronics companies? Samsung is looking for a Support Knowledge & Content Coordinator to our Customer Care team. This is a temporary position for one year, due to a parental leave. You will be responsible to ensure that our Supporting teams (Customer Service, Call Centres and Social Media communicators) have the latest relevant updated information in regards to our products and processes. This includes information related to all questions our customers might ask us. You are also responsible in ensuring that relevant information is shared between supporting teams and relevant departments in Samsung, for example Product Managers, Sales etc. This means being a coordinator of information. You will be a key person in making sure that our supporting teams have the relevant product and process information and thereby can give great support to our customers! You will be working in our Kista Office; the role includes travel to our call center in Gothenburg. You will be working with: - Process and distribute all kind of information relevant to Supporting teams - Maintenance of information, making sure that all information is up to date - Prepare launches of new products and services in regards to information to Supporting teams - Create informative processes relevant to the Supporting teams - Be trained on all new hero-products in order to have the ability to fulfil the role - Analyse information data Suitable background: - At least 3 years experience from working within the IT/Telecom business as a support person, salesman, trainer or similar. - Knowledge and deep interest of our products - A good understanding of customer service and quality - Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English - Good understanding of Danish and Norweigan In the role, it is important that you are a problem solver with an eye for detail. You have a strong drive and the ability to implement change. You also need to be a coordinator with the ability to prioritize in a high pace environment.
