You will prioritize the backlog and make decisions to ensure that system lifecycle is following plan, maintenance and development work smoothly now and in the future. Your responsibilities include: To analyze, prioritize and maximize the value of the investment opportunity and the work of the cross functional team. To ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture To secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards To ensure that the backlog is in place: items are created, acceptance criteria are defined and items are understandable for the team To prioritize items in the backlog – find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle and regulatory items To ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVP from the value stream roadmap are delivered To manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries You must have a strong technical background and architectural skills to be able to prioritize between short-term business critical needs and what is needed to make sure Fund Distribution area is prepared for our long term strategy What you need to succeed You will need extensive experience from Fund Distribution and at least one unit holder register for funds.
