We would like to hire a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to take on part of the client responsibility for a large telecom client of TCS, headquartered in the region. The role will report to the Global Relationship Manager for this specific client whom also is based out of Stockholm. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and create relevant IT services solutions, offerings, suitable value propositions and prepare high quality presentation material in proactive/reactive business pursuits. - Bid management for RFXs - perform bid manager role to liaison with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response. - Participate in planning sessions, strategy and account/opportunity qualification discussions along with the sales team. - Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives. - Contribute in presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid process as and when required. - Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - At least 10 years experience in IT outsourcing industry, specifically in Banking & Financial Service Vertical, whereof significant part of the experience from a firm using a Global Delivery Model (TCS experience is a plus). - Fluent in English (written/spoken). We have an immediate requirement to temporarily add a People Integration Manager - NORDIC, whom will report into Regional HR Head - NORDIC. Prime focus for the role is to take the lead/participate in ISIT outsourcing deals which have a people transfer component. Depending on business requirements travel within Sweden, and NORDIC may be required from time to time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all HR aspects of staff transfer from Client organization to TCS in Nordics: - Prepare Employee Transfer Plans, Monitor Status, Track Progress. - Reporting on various HR aspects of staff transfer (PPTs, Dashboards, paricipate in status update calls, meetings etc). - Due Diligence Excercise. - Develop Employment Terms & Conditions Harmonization plans. - Developing Communciation Plans and execution of communications activities with tranferring employees in order to guarantee a positive company environment and to enhance employee commitment to fulfilment of the Company?s strategy; - Participate in unions /employee representatives negotiations; - Prepare joining formalities for the transferring employees, e.g. transfer letters (in line with TCS practice and legal/contractual requirements). - Creation and Execution of Integration Plans in consultation with stakeholders; Developing Satisfaction Survey for Transferred Employees. - Ensure employee transfer in line with the local regulations. - Work with Cross Functional teams & other stakeholders on specific issues with respect to the process. - Provide relevant inputs to the stakeholders, such as for example cost impact of the transfer of personnel, findings of Due Diligence required for contrat negotiation (if necessary take part in contract negotiations). - Manage Restructuring processes and relating negotiations with employee representatives / unions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - At least 8 years experience from HR Deployment in the IT outsourcing industry, whereof significant part of the experience in a managerial HR role. - University degree (preferably MBA HR, or similar) within a relevant field. - Fluency in English (written/spoken). If the candidate also has basic knowledge of at least one of the Nordic languages it will be considered an advantage. - Extensive hands-on experience from handling the employee transition aspect (incl due dilligence) of ISIT outsourcing deals.

You will be required to develop a plan that describes the customer demand map relative to TCS solutions portfolio. - You will be responsible for revenue and profitability expectations by driving the creation of annual business plan/strategy aligned to the financial year target. - Develop and manage TCS relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels. - Partner with retail customers of TCS in Nordic and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership. KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - At least 10 years of work experience in the IT services industry with with broad knowledge/exposure from the Retail Industry. - Excellent Business development skills to achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the business plan. - Broad experience/knowledge of IT services, in order to quickly acquire/understand how to tailor existing and new TCS solutions to suit the retail customer/-s IT portfolio and their strategy. - Wide knowledge of Global Delivery including the onshore-offshore model in order to leverage the TCS global consultant pool and deliver the most cost effective solution/services to identified clients. - Broad Experience from working and managing staff in a multicultural work environment. - Fluent in English (spoken/written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance(or equivalent) and minimum 17 years of working experience in Finance. - Experience in working on-shore and with off-shore teams. - Experience in leading Finance teams. - Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken). - Presentation Skills. - Ability to work independently. - Confidence and ability to carry-out audits independently. - Flexibility to travel within and outside Sweden.
