On-Site Support Engineer
Vi söker nu en 3rd line On-site Support engineer som trivs i en serviceinriktad och kommunikativ miljö. I rollen som On-site support engineer arbetar du som konsult för TCS hos en väletablerad aktör inom försäkringsbranschen. Din uppgift är att tillsammans med ett team om tio personer leverera den bästa möjliga servicen med en hög nivå av teknisk expertis. Teamet har även ett nära samarbete med ett team som jobbar från Madrid. Tjänsten är på heltid under kontorstider. Tjänsten är placerad på Södermalm, Stockholm. OM ROLLEN Som On-site Support Engineer ansvarar du för att skapa och värna om en hög nivå av kundservice. Du förväntas hantera snabba förändringar genom att ge snabba lösningar och analyser av de problem som kan uppkomma. Du kommer även se till att det finns maximal tillgång till anläggningens infrastruktur och system. Dina ansvarsområden innebär bland annat: ⢠Hantering av IT-supportärenden relaterade till Windows servrar ⢠Support av mobila enheter, som inkluderar bärbara nätverksenheter, mobiltelefoner, smarta telefoner och surfplattor ⢠Logga och spåra EUC Device asset data ⢠Övervakning av säkerhetskonfiguration och programvara samt förebyggande hantering av virusskydd ⢠Hjälp med tillgång till LAN, utskrift och filtjänster ⢠Utföra system- och applikationsändringar ⢠Installera korrigeringar från tredje part till all inbyggd EUC-enhetens inbyggda programvara (t.ex. firmware) och all EUC-programvara efter behov ⢠Utför programvarufördelningar som överensstämmer med konfigurationerna i samband med standardprodukter, beroende på vad som är tillämpligt, oberoende av distributionsmedia (till exempel LAN / WAN, mobilnät, fysiska medier etc.) DIN PROFIL Vi söker dig som har minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och är flytande i både svenska och engelska då du kommer att ge service på svenska men arbetar i ett internationellt team. I rollen kommer du få användning av dina djupa kunskaper i system som Windows 365 och Windows 10 då du tar över de ärenden som 1st och 2nd line inte kan lösa. Du har tidigare arbetat med migrationer så att du kan hjälpa till vid eventuella byten av system. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha erfarenhet av att arbeta med IMAC, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Antivirus samt krypteringsteknik för enheter (gärna i Bitlocker) DU SOM PERSON Som person är en av dina starkaste motivationskrafter på jobbet att leverera högklassig service.
