Responsibilities The Technical Messaging Product Manager role includes the responsibility of planning and execution of tasks related to achievement of commercial success of the Messaging products. This is however performed in various parts of the organization. The role of the Product Manager in this context is to initiate, do, follow up and act as coordinator or team leader for the activities. This includes work in the fields of life-cycle profitability, competitive strengths and requirements for the product, including all handling aspects during the products life cycle including sales support activities and phase out. The Product Manager is responsible for the outcome of all messaging product related activities, and will actively drive or participate in them. Atos Medical started the research and development on the first voice prosthesis in 1987 under the name Provox. Throughout the years, Atos Medical has worked to develop Provox as the leading voice and pulmonary rehabilitation system on the market. At the same time, we now allocate substantial development and training resources to our activities in Ear, Nose and Throat. We are 420 employees in the group and 180 employees in Hörby (www.atosmedical.com).The DDTM is responsible for definition, development and maintenance of the product requirement profile for the complete product portfolio as manufactured by Atos Medical. The DDTM is an important interface to the new product development team where the DDTM is responsible for requirement assessment, identification of applicable standards, definition and implementation of design traceability (intended use, requirement specification, design verification and validation planning and reporting). Moreover, the DDTM is responsible for implementing procedures and guidelines to facilitate regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvements throughout the complete product life cycle. The role requires extensive knowledge and skills in cGMP compliance and continuous improvement strategies. Preferably, the successful candidate is very familiar with ISO 14971 (Risk Management) and quality by design (QBD). Domestic and international travelling may occur. Our products, being either voice prostheses or disposable products, are made of medical grade silicone, polymers or metals and are often patent-protected. Node Development Unit HSS (Home Subscriber Server) is recruiting a Technical Product Manager with experience in product and business development. Technical Product Manager is key driver in adapting product to better support solution sales (e.g. UDC, IMS, etc..), as a key complement to product standalone sales. Your goal will be to take responsibility to build competitive and cost effective product by leverage on available technologies and market knowledge, and implement product requirement within a clear product definition. You will also be part of driving a change of responsibilities from PL to the PDU, to optimize for the whole. As part of your activities you will: Provision a product that fulfils Product Line market requirements, within required cost target for R&D and production, considering life-cycle cost Review of Main Requirement Specification (MRS) quality, product definition consistency closely with Product Line Be responsible to define, own, and follow up implementation and quality of requirements on product level. Contribute to project decisions Have the authority to prioritize technical requirements to secure solution quality and lifecycle cost in line with existing strategies. Decision on features affected by such priority shall be handshaked with Product Line Support SPM and Sales Support organizations, e.g. creating technical presentations We work in a lean and agile environment, where you can and are expected to influence and make a difference in HSS product and business development. Intrigued?   Role description As a Technical Product Manager at Glooko/Diasend you will manage the design, development, documentation and implementation of solutions for our web-based Diabetes Data Management platform. You will also provide operational or technical support in the development, analysis and maintenance of systems, software, processes and products. Technical Product Manager
Technical Product Manager ska i samarbete med Portfolio Manager, tekniker och övriga i gruppen för produktledning arbeta med alla tekniska aspekter som rör en produktlinje. Technical Product Manager har djup teknisk kunskap och leder det strategiska produkt- och utvecklingsarbetet framåt. Tjänsten innebär ca en resa per månad till alla delar av världen för att besöka mässor, andra delar av organisationen samt kunder. * Förmedla produkt- och applikationskunnande till försäljningskanaler och kunder * Leda produktutveckling av nya produkter genom att kanalisera teknisk kunskap till projekt * Hålla i utbildningar för säljorganisationen och kunder gällande mätmetoder * Säkerställa att arbetet utförs enligt gällande normer och standards * Sammanställa tekniska krav till produktspecifikationer * Arbeta med avvikelserapporter * Analysera och föreslå åtgärder för förbättring av produktkvaliteten * Assistera tekniska skribenter i deras arbete med att skapa produktdokumentation * Stödja marknadsavdelningen med framtagande och utveckling av marknadsmaterial för försäljning * Resor i samband med utbildningar, mässor och dylikt * Omvärldsbevakning Du har ett djupt tekniskt kunnande och en har god förmåga att sätta dig in i kundernas varierande och komplexa problem. Du har också en kommersiell förståelse för kunden och affären. Din profil: * Ingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade genom arbetslivserfarenhet * Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet i en liknande roll * Branscherfarenhet från elektronik och/eller elkraft * Språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i både i tal och skrift Personliga egenskaper Du har ett stort teknikintresse, logiskt tänkande och drivs av problemlösning. Du är kvalitetsorienterad, strukturerad, pedagogisk, trygg i dig själv och din yrkesroll. Intrigued?   We´re looking for a Technical Product Manager.  As a Technical Product Manager at Glooko/Diasend you will manage the design, development, documentation and implementation of solutions for our web-based Diabetes Data Management platform. You will also provide operational or technical support in the development, analysis and maintenance of systems, software, processes and products. There will be great opportunities for you to influence both the direction and choice of user experience and technology. Collecting, prioritizing and pursuing incoming product change requests. Communicate and specify requirements that enable the R&D team to deliver product changes that meet the requirements, and follow up with acceptance testing. Monitor and assess competitor’s products. Manage the product roadmap for upcoming updates. Interact with support staff to address any product related issues. Interact with marketing and sales to manage feedback, expectations and release plans. Interact with R&D to allow for an effective product development process.   Experience and competence requirements Relevant technical education, e.g. product development, software development, engineering, interaction design. At least bachelor level. 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. A basic understanding of software development and IT, including topics like APIs, frontend/backend, data models, web programming languages, system security, device drivers, etc. It is not required to know any programming, but you must be able to talk and understand the same language as the IT security staff of clients, external partners and our internal R&D team. • Excellent in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing, as your communication skills will be vital in discussions with clients and offshore colleagues. Detta innebär allt från att ta tekniska beslut till att ansvara för att våra produkter håller rätt kvalitet. Du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med kund där du leder de tekniska diskussionerna. En annan viktig del av ditt arbete blir att stötta våra utvecklare i felsökningar, projektleda underhållsarbete samt att säkerställa vår produktion. Du kommer också ha ett tätt samarbete med vår Product Manager. Denna tjänst innebär att du får en central roll i vår verksamhet och kommer ha ett nära samarbete med kollegor, produktion, kunder samt med leverantörer. Du har en gedigen bakgrund inom inbyggda system och har tidigare erfarenhet från samarbete med elektronikleverantörer. Utöver detta har du en bra och tydlig kommunikationsförmåga, du samarbetar utmärkt med kollegor, har ett tydligt driv och vågar ta beslut. För att lyckas behöver du vara civil- eller högskoleingenjör och ha erfarenhet av både inbyggda system och av teknikansvar. Du talar och skriver flytande på svenska och engelska. Du blir en del av Control Technologies som är en enhet inom ABB:s division Process Automation. Enheten ansvarar för utveckling, marknadsföring och försäljning av automationsprodukter – hård- och mjukvara – samt för övervakning, styrning och optimering. Enheten har automationsprodukter för alla typer av industrier. Digitaliseringen ger unika möjligheter att hålla ihop data från tillverkningsprocessen med övriga informationssystem inom företaget och göra informationen tillgänglig i realtid. As Technical Product Manager at Westermo you are part of the R&D Hardware team and have the technical ownership of customer specific products to our key account customers. You will have a key position as technical responsible towards our customers and will team up with other parts of the Westermo organisation to support the customers in best possible way.
