Communications Officer

As a Communications Officer you will carry out communications activities internally and also help with external product communication. As Development Engineer Polymer Materials you will be a part of the technical development and product maintenance of polymeric materials for Openings and Screw caps. That also involves responsibility for verification and validation of material and driving of machine material interaction validation (MMI). Tetra Pak Technical Service AB is establishing a centre for managing the orders and queries related to spare part orders for all customers in Europe. This team will be based in Lund and consist of approximately 25 people. The team will service ~600 customers in Europe in ten different languages. Job Description We are looking for a Finnish speaking Administration Officer to join the team in Lund, supporting and servicing Tetra Paks European customer base. The responsibility of the team is to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. Tetra Pak Technical Service AB is establishing a centre for managing the orders and queries related to spare part orders for all customers in Europe. This team will be based in Lund and consist of approximately 25 people. The team will service ~600 customers in Europe in ten different languages. Job Description We are looking for Sales Administration Officers to join the team in Lund, supporting and servicing Tetra Paks European customer base. The responsibility of the team is to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. Key areas of responsibility for the Sales Administration Officer: Be the front-line operator in one or more languages (~50% of work) •Main point of contact for market companies & customers for parts orders and inquiries. •Respond to incoming orders and queries per phone and e-mail, utilizing a network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support •Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems. •Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements. •Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, and at the lowest cost. •Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments Be the second-line operator in one or more of the following areas (~50% of work) •Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries from suppliers •Preventive housekeeping of pending orders via their IT systems and reporting tools •Participate in Daily Management and other activities to constantly improve the operation In the position you will work with a dynamic team in a high-paced working environment. You will have extensive international contacts both internally within Tetra Pak and externally (such as transport companies). Communication has to be pro-active, fast and accurate. You will be employed as a consultant at Manpower. The positions will start as soon as possible. Who are you? To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in English both written and verbal. You are also fluent in Dutch, Spanish or German. Swedish is not a requirement, since English is the primary language used internally. Knowledge within the logistics area and IT is an advantage but not a requirement. French speaking Sales Administration Officer to Tetra Pak

Tetra Pak Technical Service AB is establishing a centre for managing the orders and queries related to spare part orders for all customers in Europe. This team will be based in Lund and consist of approximately 25 people. The team will service ~600 customers in Europe in ten different languages. Job Description We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer to join the team in Lund, supporting and servicing Tetra Paks European customer base. The responsibility of the team is to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. Key areas of responsibility for the Sales Administration Officer: Be the front-line operator in one or more languages (~50% of work) •Main point of contact for market companies & customers for parts orders and inquiries. •Respond to incoming orders and queries per phone and e-mail, utilizing a network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support •Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems. •Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements. •Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, and at the lowest cost. •Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments Be the second-line operator in one or more of the following areas (~50% of work) •Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries from suppliers •Preventive housekeeping of pending orders via their IT systems and reporting tools •Participate in Daily Management and other activities to constantly improve the operation In the position you will work with a dynamic team in a high-paced working environment. You will have extensive international contacts both internally within Tetra Pak and externally (such as transport companies). Communication has to be pro-active, fast and accurate. You will be employed as a consultant at Manpower. The position will start immediately. Who are you? To be successful in this position you write and speak French fluently on a professional level. You need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in English. Besides French and English you are also fluent in either Spanish, Italian or Dutch. Swedish is not a requirement, since English is the primary language used internally. Knowledge within the logistics area and IT is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person you are service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools. Totalt sett ansvarar vi för 240 000 m2 lokalyta bestående av kontor, produktions- och utvecklingshallar, laboratorier m.m. Inom Maintenance & Service söker vi nu en drifttekniker. Avdelningen skall på ett hållbart sätt erbjuda tjänster för energiförsörjning, energieffektivisering, reparationsarbeten samt övrig löpande service till Tetra Paks anläggningar i Lund. Du kommer att ingå i ett team bestående av ett 40-tal personer med varierande spetskompetens. I tjänsten ingår beredskapstjänstgöring och då gäller 1 timmes inställelsetid.
