As many of our machines are produced in more than one site in the world, and many of our suppliers are located globally, you will have a lot of interactions with stakeholders also outside of Europe. As the Commodity Buyer role is strategic, you will be involved in, not only existing business, but also in many of our exiting future development projects, Advanced Engineering projects. Here you will have the possibility to see what our machines will look like in 10 years from now and support these projects by integrating our development partners in Early Supplier Integration cooperation. Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility

The Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility reports to Executive Vice President Group Communication and is part of the Group Communication management team together with Brand Experience, Corporate Communication and Media Relations. The Corporate Responsibility function leads the development of responsible business behavior for Volvo Group in alignment with the overall strategy and in close collaboration with other group functions and business areas. Areas of responsibility include CR strategy and framework, societal engagement, human rights and stakeholder engagement. The position has five direct reports and indirect functional responsibility for colleagues working in the line organization. Responsibilities / Main tasks The PE Sweden organization has the full responsibility for Platform Center Heavy Duty Engines, Transmission as well as Application Center Heavy Duty Europe. Included in PE Sweden is also our office in Malmö. The organization takes the product ownership role and optimizes complete powertrain systems through usage of components tailored for each application. PE Sweden is a large organization consisting of roughly 750 passionate employees in Gothenburg and Malmö.
