The Global Competence Hub will support all 10 Regions by delivering strategic competence to maximize customer value in selected engagements. Du ansvarar även för att ta fram design- och lösningsförslag för de nya produkterna. Vi arbetar främst med tredjepartsleverantörer och som SA fungerar du som länken mellan verksamheten och dessa, både inom Sverige men även utomlands. Du planerar och leder också arbetet med integrering av nya lösningar gentemot befintliga system. Du är dessutom en del av Sanoma Learnings Architecture Expertise Team, där du tillsammans med arkitekterna från de andra länderna utvecklar agendan och standarder för tekniken och arkitekturen i den digitala utveckling på Sanoma Learning. Du ansvarar också för dokumentation av tekniska lösningar, samt att sprida kunskapen om dessa till de andra arkitekterna. I rollen är du också ansvarig för att jobba proaktivt, genom att bland annat identifiera hur vi kan återanvända komponenter i utvecklingen, från Sanoma utbildning eller något av de andra länderna på Sanoma Learning. Då vi också är i en brytpunk där vi går över mer och mer till att använda java och Open-source lösningar, vill vi att du har ett stort intresse för att driva den utvecklingen. Du är också van och uppskattar att arbeta utifrån agila utvecklingsmetoder såsom t.ex. SCRUM. Kompetens Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet med inriktning mot data eller systemvetenskap. Vi tror att du har en bakgrund som utvecklare men där du tagit, eller nu vill ta steget emot en mer strategisk roll där du kommer bli âspindel i nätetâ för den digitala utvecklingen på Sanoma Utbildning. Vi tror att du har minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet som utvecklare och/eller inom nedan områden. Du har erfarenhet av både backend och frontend inom webapplikationer med erfarenhet av att använda tekniker såsom SOAP, ASP.Net, C#, IIS, SQL Server. Du har tidigare varit med om att bygga upp stora, skalbara system och lösningar med höga krav på antalet användare och up-time. Du behöver också ha erfarenhet av att designa lösningsarkitektur utifrån best-practice principer. Dessutom har du ett starkt intresse för java och open-source lösningar, då du kommer vara den drivande kraften i denna kommande konvertering. Du har erfarenhet av att hantera affärskrav och omvandla dessa gällande både design och test. It is an advantage if you have experience from working according to ITIL and ISO 27001 as well as experience from supporting tools. We also think you have a relevant university degree. Â As a skilled IT Solution Architect you will have: Analytical and technical ability with a robust grasp of architectural thinking and governance. A wide exposure to and experience of architecting and delivering large-scale technical solutions across multiple platforms. An understanding or the ability to quickly gain an understanding of our core systems and strategic direction. Strong evidence of delivering solutions to various businesses in various segments. Personal drive to understand the bigger picture and contribute to and shape the realisation of our IT here and now as well as working with the future solutions. We believe that you have worked hands-on sometime during your career and that you understand the importance of providing not only the solutions but also the corresponding documentation needed to implement and operate it. Experience to work according to project management processes and framework is an advantage as well as some experience as a leader on team and/or project mgmt level. Experience of network design, virtualization, backup solutions, storage, Unix, MS SQL, citrix and client environments is and advantage. The role will require travelling within Sweden as well as internationally and you must have good knowledge of Swedish and English more language skills are seen as an advantage. The role includes work tasks that classify as defence security and therefore it requires Swedish citizenship.
